The floor squeaked. Bad soundproofing. You can hear the neighbors talking.

Magnificent position in the great area, very close to the mountain. 5 minutes' walk to Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum.

The location is amazing and favorable, close to the mountain where we went snowboarding. Right by Blue Ridge Parkway, Lake Junaluska, downtown district, and good restaurants.

Very kind staff, provided information if needed. Its location at walking distance from Maggie Valley Opry House Live Music Venue was marvellous. Moreover, it was really close to blue ridge parkway, Maggie Valley and Wheels Thru Time museum.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not welcoming at all.

Nothing really that I liked about this motel.
Nothing I dislike about this hotel. If I ever gong to the area, I would stay in Tennessee, much cheaper and better facilities.

outdated, old mattress and furniture, window handles missing. mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower curtain.

A clean room with comfortable beds at a reasonable price.
Hair dryer installed on the wall where there was no electrical outlet rendering it useless. Bathroom heater did not work and judging from the dust, had not worked for some time. bathroom got cold with the door closed because there was no other heat in the bathroom. Refrigerator positioned on the carpeted floor so that the door was very difficult to open and close.
